1️⃣Cancellation by Customer
Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee to cover driver and vehicle allocation costs.
Last-Minute / No-Show:
If the customer does not arrive at the pickup point or cancels after the cab has reached, no refund will be applicable.
2️⃣ Cancellation by DCAB24
In rare cases where DCAB24 cancels a booking due to:
Vehicle breakdown
Driver unavailability
Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
👉 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method.
